To maintain a healthy environment, children who are sick must remain at home. Our staff follows proper health and safety procedures to reduce the spread of illness and ensure the well-being of all children.

⏰ Arrival & Drop-Off Window

Each family is assigned a designated drop-off time. To provide flexibility while maintaining structure, families are given a 45-minute window from their scheduled time to arrive. All children must arrive within this window to support a smooth daily routine. Late arrivals outside of this window must be pre-approved.

🚌 Morning Transportation Window

Transportation services are designed to be reliable and efficient for all families. Each family is assigned a designated pickup time, with morning transportation running within a scheduled window ending at 10:00 AM.

Children must be ready at the time of arrival, as drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at each stop. Missed pickups may require parent drop-off, and consistent delays may result in adjustments to transportation services.

⏳ Attendance & Late Pick-Up

Families are expected to follow scheduled pick-up times. Late pick-up fees may apply, and consistent delays may result in schedule adjustments to ensure fairness and respect for staff time.

🛡️ Safety & Emergencies

We maintain a secure environment with established emergency and evacuation procedures. Our staff is trained in CPR, first aid, and child safety to ensure every child is protected at all times.
